well attended orientation monday-wed 5/21-5/23 not bad at all I'm running team with my homeboy we got our first load 5/24 Nashville TN - Montpelier VT we were assigned a 2009 international pro star truck was nice.100 miles into our run we were sent a preplan deadhead to jersey city after we unload and go to Brookhaven MS.Dropped our load in VT picked up in jersey city 100 miiles again into our run another preplan Monticello MS to Menesha WI.On our way to Brookhaven a/c goes out company sends us to petro to get it fixed they cant fix it so they have us pick up our load in Monticello and route us back to Nashville put us up in the hotel for the nite and give us a 2012 pro star plus in the morning and we our enroute to WI.We did 3150 miles in 3 days so not bad.So far so good with my new company will update after a full week to show our weekly miles.Oh we make .48cpm so we are happy with our pay and our truck so far

Don't sound to bad, most companies wouldn't care if the ac went out, they would say quit crying and get the load deleivered. But those tail wings you guys gotta mess with seem like a pain in the rear. Guess you gotta be careful backing up at the truck stop.

I was solo for MVT. They do keep decent equipment & they will run your tail off! They have the miles and lite loads. I personally got tired of juggling the log books, never being home & always called during home time to "please" pick this load up, impossible hoops & movable goal posts in getting any kind of a bonus. The planners never had their act together. I never really did get the respect being a minority gringo in a Hispanic dominated company.

Good luck and being a team you shouldn't have to keep multiple log books.

Side note they were testing about 50 trucks out for the electronic logs. Did they implement this company wide?

I have heard this also about MVt. If we have all heard it then there has to be some truth to it, unless we all talked to the same d-bag thy told us. Lol
