    We run as hard a necessary to make on time deliveries. Sometimes that means a reset will be necessary. Sometimes not. On time delivery is the deciding factor. I believe there is no set answer to the question.

    The reefer division has the highest miles per seated driver. I was told that by another Fleet Manager who is not on the Reefer board.
