Truck on a partnership going bad !!!

    This thread is for bad partnership, everything about this truck or the drivers is legal, I am american, the other driver is permanent resident with the right to work in USA, the truck is fully inspected, has ifta stickers for 2012, has insurance, the truck is registered in the company currently working for.

    The other driver doesn't want to buy my part or let me buy his. I have to wait a few more days and if I don't get the title, I am stopping the truck for sale.
