Go to New Mexico terminal. They are all Mexican-American over there. My brother tried to work for them. This was back in 98. They wouldn't hire him because he wasn't fluent in Spanish. I guess times have changed if they're hiring non spanish speaking drivers now.

They utilize the El Paso terminal as the "Home" terminal now. Very nice modern terminal. Nothing like Nashville. It is actually a pretty decent place to camp out. The restaurant in the terminal serves up some of the best food you'll find in El Paso.

I will attest to the care of the MVT trucks. I purchased one of their 9400i's a couple of years ago. It had 575000 miles on it then. It now has 97800 on it now and only needs some of the normal wear out parts replaced.

After I bought it, I emailed the MVT shop manager, to see if they would send me the maintenance records. They sent me all of the records for everything ever done to the truck from the time they took delivery til the time they sold it. Even "trivial" things were fixed on the truck. Very normal service intervals.

Denver's drop yard is a dirt lot. It's actually a CR England yard that a few other companies rent some space. No showers or any amenities. The sofa and carpet were disgustingly stained beyond use....get your tetanus shot prior.

They utilize Johnson Corners as a drop yard north of town as well....

If you p/u at the drop yard they'll send you in from I76...the easiest as well. When you head out, you'll left turn out of the drop lot and up at the stop sign turn RIGHT instead of left the way you came in. About 4 miles of easy driving will take you back down to 70 & just before is the TA for coffee or whatever. They fuel at the Pilot....one of the worst/busiest/never no parking/always backed up fuel islands in America. If you get that fuel stop it'll be west on 70 from the TA maybe an exit or two.

I remember though my truck got incredible fuel economy and I only filled up every 3rd day...bites for showers cause you'll have to come out of pocket more times than you'll like.
