werner zone7 Canada

Ok ive been running freight in and out of Canada for 2 years now.I usually stay out 3 weeks at a time.that's only if there is freight to move.Lately this account has been total garbage.for one we get no extra incentive for crossing the borders.night timbre operations is pathetic ..constantly screwing up drivers ace manifests...wrong brokers in trip INFO'..NOT TO MENTION YOU WILL DESTROY YOUR CELLPHONE BATTERY BECAUSE YOU GET NO ANSWER FROM OPERATIONS IF YOUR PAPERWORK IS CLEARED OR NOT...THEN U GET THRU..THEY PUT U ON HOLD..THe answer I get from this billion dollar company why no one answers?haha"we are underStaffed"...ahh ok..now that makes no sense...they cant get a liveload appointment right to save there ###...IF you go to Montreal ..better be a live unload because the closest empty trailers are in Pennsylvania ...and u ain't bobtailing..you're sitting for days..weekend disbatch doesn't answer phone calls or via quallcomm which I always utilize first...you could have rolled you're rig and no answer...they do not care .. ... all the veteran drivers and drivers on this account are very unhappy...we have. Really nothing good to say...its not enough that we have to constantly deal with custom agents...government warehouses...being treated like a slave...being treated like a criminal (except all of us are not we cross borders)...and yet they cant even take care.of there drivers by assigning loads properly ...there is always freight for this account ..ive had 4000miles in 7 days...but only to get slapped in the face with 1200 mile s for a week...What it boils down too....they "don't care"..have not met one happy driver on zone 7 PERIOD....And there is no reason why a billion dollar company should be understaffed .....other then employees that were worth a damnable have moved on where there treated like humans not slaves and scum....that goes for disbatchers.;drivers;mechanics;etc etc.....Werner is all talk;all lies....they are never going to change..see yaaaa!!!!!man overboard!!!!!! IAM JUMPING SHIP AND HAVE NEVER FELT BETTER......MAYBE MY #### MIGRAINES WILL FINALLY SUBSIDE ....P.S...EVERY WERNER TRUCK SHOULD COME WITH A PUNCHING BAG AND A GALLON JUG OF ADVIL.......JUST MY THOUGHTS POSSIBLY YOURS TOO..
THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH HOURS IN A DAY.....FOR ME TO POST THE EVIDENT PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY SO I WILL LEAVE IT AT THAT....BE SAFE.EVERYONE

 

Sorry about my misspelled words...but when jam venting my thoughts about this farce of a trucking company....I tend to have anxiety issues and didn't bother to or even care about proofreading my post. Flatbed jam sure you have enough common sense too comprehend the aspects of this thread...after all you run flatbed and that takes a lot of common sense......
