Anyone on here a Lease Purchase O/O for US Xpress?

 

Call ahead and ask jw but I think they have a 3 year buyout on 09 and 10 freights right now
Around 565 a week for the truck plus about 100 for ins ++:
About 1000 miles a week breakeven.
I lease an older truck.

 

I forgot a very important piece of info.it's no risk.don't like it.give the truck back.no repo man.

 

All lease purchase trucks are auto's as well.....

 

SheepDog, are there any downside to the AUTO's???? I talked to one driver sez he'll never go back to a "stick"...........
and once the USX truck is yours can you purchase an "extended warranty"? ........Having a motor or drivetrain issue on your own truck sounds a little scary.

 

we r o/o's with usx, we were company drivers for over 7 years and when we wanted to get a truck we found what we wanted (old usx truck volvo 780 auto) why the auto because that is what we wanted and yes we both can drive a stick but wanted the auto. yes you can get a powertrain warranty thru usx or on your own

 

I just wanted to say Thanx for all the experienced insight on usx I have 4 mo exp otr looking hard at another co that will actually pay me a living. Thanx again!

 

Lots of luck.Every company has flaws especially for the unfortunate driver with little exp.I say unfortunate because your choices are limited till you do have the exp the better companies are looking for.
