Pilot outside Indianapolis on I-65 heading south to TN with this load.

 

Have frozen french fries... will travel to - well not to the 90 yet. Going to Great Dane in Portland for the AM. Stinking trailer has the ABS light on hard. Being its roadcheck, you know I can't sneak that one through this week.

On top of it, I got in a QC pissin' match with one of the RA idiots... crossed lines into the night shift. But that may be a good thing. Days was insisting I take it to the TA in Greenland NH - yeah, right. Through a level 1. Night shift came on and was wondering why I was a little torqued. Turns out that TA/Petro is never an option for ABS repairs - has to go to a dealer shop. Sounds like someone is going to get talked-to.

 

That sucks IP. Had a marker light on my truck out this morning. Got it fixed at a T/A.

ip ill keep that in mind i had to get a marker light replaced this morning on my truck 2nd time this year same light so this time i got the led light instead of the bulb the shop put on in jan would of been in/out at fl but had to wait for a po#

 

TA shop visits make the ABS light come on.

 

especially when said ta doesn't have a shop,like the greenland ta.used to be a travelport and has no shop.

The night guy and my regular RA guy are tops when it comes to this, but there are a couple of dayshift RA guys who just really need to look into a career as a deep oil vat cooker operator. In the maintenance penalty box. Fortunately there's a work-around if the part they busted (gotta love mechanics!) doesn't show. Loose wheel bearings on the front trailer axle was causing the ABS system to freak out.
