trip went fine. Delivered this evening and now sitting in a rest area in PA for our pick up in the morning in Camp Hill PA headed to Fontana CA. That is what they say anyway, brokered loads have a tendency to have the destination get changed.

After 120 hours training you team up for eight weeks at 38 cents per mile split. After the 8 weeks you get 48 cents split with a Hazmat endorsement for all miles.

The miles have been great the last week. The only negative is that we have sat for 2 and a half days. Miles would be even better if we could just drop and hook. We aren't complaining though. Nice going coast to coast especially when the AC is working LOL.

Wow, we are rolling. We had a trip a week ago that missed the pay cutoff so we are going to have over 8000 miles on this paycheck and we are holding out a 1200 mile trip to put on next weeks paycheck. Rolling from Hazleton PA to Coffeyville KS right now and then heading up to Edwardsville KS to pick up a FedEx load going to W. Sacramento CA. We are jst about out of clean clothes. We actually had time to wash clothes yesterday but the only truckstop in the area, a Pilot, is that crazy place in Hazleton and it has no laundry. We will have about 12 hours tomorrow at the Flying J South of Kansas City to get the clothes clean.

Weather is great and I am with my baby.....life is pretty good

That laundry issue is one reason I'm glad I go home every 3-4 weeks......I get to do my laundry at home...LOL

Glad your AC is working again.....should I say "Enjoy it while you got it." or would that be considered bad vibes going your way???????

The AC is blowing nice and cold.

We had a few extra hours available in the run and since we already have our next pre-assign and it will not help us to drop early, we stopped by the Springfield OH terminal to have some graffiti removed from the trailer and we took showers and washed all our laundry. A VERY productive two hours and we are rolling again

    ATL-1 Thanks this.
