last check before I left for Sprimo it was 84, I've never had problems until now ,also after a day and a half of water swelling is going down . Going to pick up a few pairs of the socks when I get to Sprimo later in the week for testing for my CDL .

Yep, that's a good number. Hopefully, you are on the mend, but keep an eye on it.

Becareful out there.Say you can lost weight even if someone is on the trk with you.Who says you need a workout machine to lose the lbs.Just do a cutback on what you eat and do your best to stay away from trk stop food unless its fruits or salads.Even then use low cal low fat low salt dressing.Even though I don't care for subways,it's a great food to lost weight. No time like the present to cut the calories.Don't wait till you go solo.

You also DO have time to exercise. But you gotta get outta the truck and do it. Walk around the darned thing a few times. Walk around the edge of the TS (if you deem it safe) before you hit the rack for the night. You are PSD, that truck rides solo, or super solo, not team. Squats, etc. None of that needs equipment. Resistance bands are cheap and light. Tons of stuff you can do with those. It's on you to make your health a priority.

Is your aversion to rabbit food a life long thing? A bone fide issue? Or is it a that your body isn't used to it, and seems to think it's a foreign substance. It can't go from one end to the other in 20 minutes. Sorry.

No one can switch over to a heavy diet of green leafy veggies without serious digestive issues. It's a common issue. You have to transition slowly to allow your system to compensate. We always call it "ruffage".

I don't have an aversion to greens and such ,it's just that I cant do just salads without digestive issues ,I am cutting back on a lot of things ,have predominantly ate chicken over beef for quite some time ,but it's still a gradual thing for me .I do walk when we stop and do stretching exercises as well ,the main thing I was talking about with any equipment is mainly once I get money rolling in ,not really a space or time thing ,although having someone else in the truck does make an impact . And I've not really said anything about my instructor on here as he's on the forums as well and I'm almost done with PSD and not trying to go into testing with negative energy ,so I'm letting that go for now. I just want to move on and start making some money and take care of myself in the process .

When you get a chance, watch the videos on Prime's site about Trucker Fitness. PLENTY of info there on exercising w/o equipment. As for the veggies thing, just gradually move it from a side dish to, say, 1/2 the meal. Fruit works, too. Up your fiber intake gradually! You can do it, and you can start now.
