Summerland, you're correct. Large companies like Carroll Fulmer are not going to have bad light shined on them for a potential audit by not paying one driver. Not only that, labor laws are pretty big about payroll. They will not only get the money owed, they fine thousands of dollars, and penalties and interest paid to employee for failing to pay. It's not worth it for a couple hundred dollars.

I have a very good friend who has drove for them for a few years now hes never had a problem and gets paid very well.

No, personal is when you sent me pm messages like you did commenting on everyrhing I said. Here, I just give a opinion with facts to try and help you with your situation, but instead of taking it in or what others have said, you've been negative and continued to argue the situation. I'm not the only one here that thinks there is more to this story. You had one question which you ignored from a staff member which kind of proves that. It was asked if you had ever taken any advances? Another, before he changed his post asked if you received statements with no pay on them or if there were no statements. People here tried to help, but with your bitterness, we can't.

Also on your other comment, if you look at my posting history, I respond to a lot of people in various threads and not you. So it isn't personal because I responded to you like you are making it out to be. Now your pm messages calling me names that I ignored, that is and that is why you never got a response.
