    hell no the cattle got to go, i'm not letting no one touch it anymore lol; until it's time for an inframe. those coleman coolers @ wally world aren't but $88 but i think i found something else that works alot better; it's a refrigerator u can buy them @ truck dealerships or the bosselman truck stops. they have cigarette lighter plug on it as well as wall plug. won't drain batteries no faster than the coolers do + works alot better. think i might get one, not sure yet

    yes i know & understand completely; it kind of like the old saying; once u get used to doing some things it's hard to get out of doing them when ur not supposed to do them anymore.

    When your in orientation you only drive local and on the backing range. After that you go out for 5 weeks with a driver trainer. Some run like teams, some trainers make the new drivers do everything, so Ive been told. Re- read my previous posts when I was out with my trainer.

    Try to drink more water than powerade. Sure, they say it is good for you when working in the sun, yada yada....

    But it is still sugar. Water is by far the best thing you can drink when working in the sun every day..

    Absolutely.....The powerade is a substitute when I am eating so I don't buy one of those illegal 44oz drinks while in NY. Honestly you hear different things. All the doctors I saw regarding this issue told me to drink more Gatorade and powerade. I will still go with what I stated above!

    Hey guys, everybody has an opinion. I guess its time to throw mine out there. As you all should remember, I was in the Army for a long time. We trained, and taught young soldiers many things. One of the most important things is proper hydration. Yes, water is very important. But if you drink too much, you can actually flush vital nutrients out pf your system. You wanna drink and try to keep your urine as clear as possible, thats when you know your properly hydrated. The zports drinks are important because they put electrolytes back in your body. And nefore anybody says, yah but then you have to pee all the time. Well #1- that flushes toxins outta your body, #2- TMC requires a load check every 3 hours, that means pee break. Yall do what you want, this way has worked for me for over 20 years.
