Sounds like some double time to me ACH. Or do they still do that after 12 hours? Anywho, good job!

I just did a 'long lay' from Indy to Kansas City. Boy was that easy. I think I like driving nights more than days. Night...

@cool35 Im not sure if its double or not. All I know that its overtime after 8 hours. But we are paid for the full day as soon as we are clocked in, so if they send you home before 8 hours is up your still paid.

@squonk, I agree night driving is easier, less traffic, come to NY and CT where the traffic is 24/7 on i95

Yea those doubles can be difficult if you get stuck and can't back up. At least a van you'd be able to back up if needed. Our area is a very tight turn going onto the street and into the terminal. We've had guys take in cars trying to swing it in because four wheelers think its ok to park any where even if it says NO PARKING ANYTIME LOL

been having a few rough weeks and went to the harley dealer today to look at something for a treat for myself lol.
