    Yeah dont starve yourself. Eat alot of the good foods. Eating more helps elevate your metabolism which helps burn fat and gives your energy. BUT if your eating junk food and processed foods its not going to do you any good.

    I'll take a look at them on the site once I get back home and pick up my laptop ,money is a real bind for me right now ,until I start actually getting paid ,been without income for a bit better than a month now ,and trying to not take more advances than I have to .If there's anything I pick up in Sprimo it will be at least a few pairs of the compression socks .
