I'm a newbie just like you were and just out of trucking school with my AZ (Ontario) same as your 1A but just a bit older. Like what your experience. Are you working for Bearing, Epic, Scott's, A&J, or E-Can or Mullen? These are the companies I found in your area.

Mullen has wrecked every company it buys, very high turnover. I would not recommend working for a Mullen owned company. Been there, done that.

    Nitrogen:
I'm a 65 year old newbie who just passed his AZ (1A) from Belleville. Just talked with Trican's base manager in LLoyd and he suggested that a newbie(based on my age) like me might do better hauling N2 as you do rather than hauling cement which is what they need right now. I would consider applying to firms like yours but do they do the mentoring that the Sanjels and the Tricans do or am I really restricted to choosing mentoring firms that we all know until I get more experience? Are there firms hauling nitrogen that mentor newbies?

We don't actuality haul nitrogen we make it onsite. Do a search for nitrogen hauling. Ferus or Caron transport are two of many

They show millions in profits year after year. They do something right. My dividends are deposited in the bank regularly.
