I don't know about the bag over your head deal, but some of the new drivers have had to climb in a dry van and carry I think a 50 lb or 75 lb load from rear of trailer to the front and back , then they check your heart rate. Maybe some of the recent newbies can chime in and give more detailed info on what they did.

That I can def do its the over the head deal that may be an issue. Anyone out there know if they actually do that still?.

Well, just found out that a med release wasn't approved by safety until this afternoon and the class that starts the 18th is now full so gotta wait until the 25th now! At least that's a definite!

Its like chest to chin high. Its in a crate I believe should be no problem. Just relax when u do the exercises they're not there to make u fail them.

That one I am sure I can handle. The bag over the head is my only issue.

Unless I'm mistaken its not a bag, I don't remember a bag. Just a crate with weight that u pick up and put down. A paper thin female passed these tests in my class. Piece of cake
