No, I dont rhink that thay are any more strict than the next. They will have you drop trouser to check for hernias. Look, Im gonna be completely honest, as long az your not a turd, you have nothing to fear. A big part of this orientation, is the "fear factor" that has neen made into it. There really is nothing to fear. Do what your told, be where your supposed to be, act accordingly. As long as your not hiding something, ylu will do fine. Enjoy your time there. Theres alot of good people that work there. Your going to learn more than you ever thought. It really is a good program, I think you'll be impressed. As you will find, there are alot of lower quality people in trucking. TMC just wants to make sure they are sending the bad ones home. You know inside if your a good or a bad person. The good ones have nothing to worry about. The bad ones........well..........you might not want to waste your time. Im just saying.

 

I hear ya on the bus!! Get used to being cramped. My bus ride was awful. I have the TQM classes to attend next weekend. You'll see where alot of drivers park. I'll try to park where you can see me. If you see, come say howdy. I'll be you a burger, if possible.
