If you own your vehicle you can do what you want with it.
Now if your leased on somewhere you can still do what you want with your vehicle. What they going to do cancel your lease? Guess this is why my trucks have my
name on the door.

Too much personal use will considerably reduce the amount you can deduct for IRS taxes . The forms ask what percent of the miles were for personal use .
-
There's two reasons it won't affect your deduction. First you if your subject to needing it in the course of bussiness while using it personally you can deduct 100%.
Second who's going to say otherwise? Are you stupid enough to tell on yourself? Who knows how many miles you run?
Now if you have 100 trucks it may be different, by then their taking enough of your money it won't matter. -
It would take an extremely large amount to make a difference.

How's the RV hauling? How many miles your dodge got on it. My ford is at 499,000 now.
-
Over 752,000.

I retired my 05 with 673,000 now have 40,000 on the 2012. But taking time off to fight off cancer I will be out of service for two months or more. The company I'm with keeps asking when I'm be back. They are behind on deliverys.
