I don't know man. I read your post's with my quotes attached and it sounds like your basically telling me not to litter. Is that right? If so, I'm the wrong guy to say that to. Cause I never have littered the whole almost 30 years I've been truckin. Got a waste can behind my drivers seat that I empty ever day into a trash can when one is available.

So I'm not sure what you mean by the quote above. If it's directed to somebody else, then remove my quotes that you have attached. Thanks!

A few people can ruin it for everyone. Trash is a big issue for a lot of places. The other issue is stupid city ordinances that are designed to prevent the storage of trucks but do not take into account the dot rules.

I haven't had a problem with Walmart letting me park in there lot as long as there isn't any signs. If I'm unsure I usually call the Walmart before I get there and ask a manager if it is ok. One time I stopped at a Walmart near Niagara Falls and it said no over night truck parking. I went into the store and asked if it was ok, the manager said it is fine as long as I don't run an engine (truck or trailer). I said that was not a problem as I hauled dry van and it was a comfortable night :).

yeah, I am quoting you because you are saying the same thing as I am, DON'T LITTER!!

He should have been demoted from training, that gives the trainee the thought that "Everyone else does it" I just want to fit in. No it isn't the way it is, Do what your gut tells you to do, but if you are parked by me and you do that expect the trash to be taped to your right fender mirror!!! Just like cig. butts going out the window! What the heck, I don't smoke so don't throw that stinking this in my space, I don't crap on your sidewalk so don't throw a cig butt on mine.

thank You for setting the example for the new guys.

I have taken many 10 hr brks and a few resets at Walmart.I can't think of a more better place to take a brk.But when in doubt just go inside and ask the manager. If I do see no trk parking signs then i'll find another place to park. Why risk getting woke up or an officer pounding on your door with a citation.

So many drivers do that and then they wonder why and some even throw a fit because Walmart don't have overnight parking or no parking period in their lot.

I was run out of a Wal Mart in Seattle by security. The Wal Mart in Pell City Alabama has no truck signs in their lot but they let trucks park around back behind the hardware store. This is handy since there are no truck stops east of Birmingham in that vicinity
