Finally is all good! Paid the other guy $8700 ( his part $7000 + registration and some repairs) and the owner $2500 and the Truck is all mine now. They signed the bill of sale. The question is : Should I continue working with the same company, light loads from TJ MAX 15-20 000 pounds, 5000 miles a week, $1.39 per mile. I want to go and try flat bed, but I am not sure if this truck will be good enough for that. It is only 438/470 DD 60, 14 L and axle ratio is 4.30

Thank you guys for the support!

Well, I can do it. It is like 700 miles per day, but the company won't let me to and I hired a co driver.

    700 miles a day X 7 days a week = 4900 miles/week. Pretty much illegal!

Not if you're RUNNING TEAMS - which was what he was running in his previous "partnership"...

Why is illegal? If I can run 700 miles in 10 hours, week will be 70 hours, nothing illegal. It is too much but possible.

Pretty much impossible to run 700 miles daily. Your truck would have go from 0 to 70 in a split second, and it would have to be capable of flying to avoid the traffic jams, and areas of lower speed limits. You still have to stop for fuel, pretrips and all the other little things that happen in an average day. Average daily speed is more like 55 to 60 mph. If you can get 600 miles daily then your doing good.

But congrats on getting the truck and title. Must have been a stressful 2 weeks.
