    Yes sir. Been gone a year. Fontunately new company said, and I quote "We don't care what Pam puts on a DAC". Guess some of the industry is wise to BFI DAC trashing!

    UPDATE
    Received a letter from HireRight with the following statement.
    "PAM Transport responded to the dispute and changed the record from Discharged to Resigned/Quit and added Unauthorized Location.

    So I guess their thought was well he called us out on that lie so we will just replace it with another! So I called HireRight. "Did you not get my supporting documentation and photos?"
    " I don't see where we did."
    "That's ok I have more copies, who shall I ad
    dress them to?"
    " Don't send them yet, let me contact PAM first."
    " OK, but just so you know, and can let them know, I'm not going away until the truth is on there"

    i'm interested to see how the dac ordeal pans out...
    as i'm more than likely going to enlist with pam so i can get my cdl.

    it's my only option. i hate the idea. i need the license.

    Well, I was terminated from PAM. Just got my DAC. It says I was terminated but doesn't mention an incident, other than "Unsatisfactory Safety Record". Under that it says "This work history does not comply with FMCSA regulations. It doesn't not provide DOT recordable accident information required after April 2003." Wierd thing is I didn't have any "accidents". Just a couple of dumb small dock incidents not involving other trucks. Those aren't on here either.

    "Number of accidents/incidents: 0" ??? I"m confused. lol
