I would have got his truck or trailer number. There is no reason for that even if another company. If you can't say anything nice....as the saying goesDrtyDiesel Thanks this.

I agree. They were going through a two lane part on us45 just south of Appleton, WI. He said the other guy was going 45, speed limit was 55, so he passed him and the guy flips him off. I've passed other roehl drivers with similar results.
Today I passed another flat bedder who was going 53 in a 65. Fine weather and light traffic. He just gave me a dirty look.
Also my truck goes up to 67 according to my GPS if i floor it. It stays at 67 for about 5 minutes then you can hear the Turbo cut back and it takes me down to 64.

If I am going downhill I have to be careful. My engine will kick back in at 67 MPH and start to accelerate. Last month, I got my only overspeed because of that. I thought I was leveling out at 64 and the engine was kicking back in. I heard the QCP alert, looked down and I was accelerating at 71 MPH!
Got on the brakes quickly! This started after I got one of those "updates" from International. It is what it is, I just have to watch it closer than usual.
As for waving, the bird or actually waving, I saw 10 Roehl trucks (I started counting after not getting any waves after Indy and on into Kentucky) on Saturday heading on I-65. I got a wave from ONE! The Power of Red is dying a slow death.

Mine does the same going down hill. As im slowing down, Once it hits 68 the Turbo cuts out till I get to 64.

Just got out to the truck. Picking up a relay nearby in the morning and taking it to Holland, MI. Had a great 3 days home and fathers day. Got a gift card to Redwing for new boots. Tried using it already but they didn't have the boots I wanted in my size in stock. They will have them in 7-10 days.
Also, I just want to point out that when I started being a driver trainer, I weighed 175 lbs. Couple that with losing my inverter (microwave and less restaurant food) and this weekend I weighed in at 200. Great. lolDrtyDiesel and skyviper73 Thank this. -
Meh, we're all afraid that if we wave, you're gonna pull over at a rest area and call dispatch to tell them we were driving with only one hand on the wheel. Part of Safety as a cornerstone value, is holding it to as a value, and if you hold it as a value, you'll report people who don't! Only then, once we've ferreted out those scofflaws, will we finally be able to all sit at the cornerstone together, safely, and have... pie, I think it is. yeah, pie.DrtyDiesel Thanks this.

The other driver was just telling Lantern that he was "Number One!"
DrtyDiesel Thanks this. -
Wow.
In Iron Mountain for the night. -
Sitting at the Pilot about 15 miles south of Milwaukee. I deliver this relay load I got in Gary today tomorrow morning at 0930. I had a nice relaxing weekend. After running my ### off for the past week it was nice to only work a few hours for the past day or so. Got about 1100 miles this weekend and now I have plenty of hours to run hard this week.
