Looking for more power

Sadly we can't run the south east side with 5 watts,cb is on a pretty crappy band and there is plenty of interference out there for us cbers. Maybe some day they will open some more bands up.

 

AND there would they get the bands ? MURS sits unused ....

 

Around here it does get some use.We played around with SSB on MURS a few years back but for the most part it seems like grandfathered businesses are the primary users.

A dirty amp and going on 10 meters is about the only ways the FCC will act ....
