I have seen these studys before and they are all so true. Tractor trailer accidents have more risk of being fatal, But its not always caused by the trucker. There was a study a few years back stating 90% of fatal t/t accidents were causedd by smaller vehicles. WHo does that suprise.

Last figure I remember is something in the neighborhood of 72% of accidents between trucks and 4-wheelers were the fault of the latter.
However, with the increasing number of sloppy, uncaring drivers coming aboard nowadays, it would not surprise me to see a spike in the trucks being at-fault. -
So true, the trucking industry is pretty much the biggest job op out there and they will hire almost anyone if they can get the CDL. They seem not to are if they can drive but if they can get the CDL

But they graduated a school & officially know how to drive...how could something like this be? Politician sorts legislated it & everything.
