Howdy!

Just wanted to take a quick second to introduce ourselves. My husband and I have been lurking the forums for a little over a week, so decided we should go ahead and join.

We have both been in the insurance industry for the last 8 years as claims adjusters and are at the end of our ropes, and are looking for a new career. We have no kids, just a small dog, and are looking for an adventure. We have thought about rv'ing and traveling the country for months, but have not been able to find a way to make a decent living on the road, at least not with the skills we have as claims examiners(which we no longer have a desire to do). Recently we started looking into Team OTR trucking, and feel it may be a great fit for our lifestyle and wants/needs at this time. It is definitely time for a change.

We do want to thank all of you in advance for all of your tips and advice. So much of the information we have researched has been confirmed by your forums and posts, which is definitely comforting (for the most part...) Please feel free to send any information, tips, tricks, company recommendations, etc. to us via PM.

Look forward to reading more of your posts and contributing our own 2 cents at times, as well.
