Sure, I gotta cure for "perpetualvictimitis" -- GET THE FLOCK OVER IT!
I do believe in the heriditary theory. In this social "gimme gimme" society, there's too many welfair mommas wanting a hand out and too many dead beat dads whose
parents no doubt failed them and they in turn will fornicate and produce and abundance of more and more little victims. More babies, mamma gets more money from the
    government. I've seen it happen!

Ordinarily I rent that word to folks.
But in your case, feel free to use it anytime, no charge.
You might also find another of my for rent words appropriate for certain occasions, ---
    "Getevenism.".
    It'll be a freebie too.

I'm pretty sure they have a cream out for that now...:yes2557: I mean.. don't quote me on it but that's what I've heard! LOL :biggrin_2559:

Any of you folks drive for schneider intermodal? If so what do you have to say about it? My husband just started doing this and I am curious about other drivers and their experiences. I do have to say Schneider does treat him like a real person, with respect and everything! As we all know that isn't easy to find out there!

Excellent advice.Attitude is the biggest key to becoming a good driver for any company.I drive for a company that has a real bad reputation but I get along real well with all the dispatchers, the shop safety, logs recruiters, you name it.We have one driver that all he does is complain complain complain,he's worse then a woman going thru menopause. Why complain, you're still going to have to do what is asked of ya.Just shut up and do your job.Night dispatcher told me last night im an outstanding driver. But he has a temper,I sure wouldnt wanna make him mad, lol. My company is'nt bad.We all do have not so good things to say about companies but we don't know in detail what dispatchers go thru and they dont know what we go thru..Its not always the drivers fault why they quit but.Could be lack of miles and your DM not making an effort to take care of the drivers and respect has nothing to do with it.Then on the other hand its the drivers that complain or a history of late loads.Another key to a good driver/dispatcher is COMMUNICATION on both sides, how often does that happen.Im glad your happy with Schneider.

I drove for Swift Trans for a little over 3yrs. I hauled flatbeds, vans and reefers. I didn't have a bad experience. I got along with everyone there, with only a couple of exceptions, and would hire back on with them. Most companies are what you make of them. The key is to find one that suits your needs then ride it out. There will be ups and downs anywhere. Some weeks at Swift I ran 1,000 miles because of the way things worked out, some I ran 3,500. Look at the big picture and not just at last week.

Yes and then you have the few drivers that were born with a brown noise.

You "could" say that .That just sounds like a lot of misconstrewn verbage that has been cercumventted into the cranial vortex of my massengillish ways of perpetuating todays thought.
Even though you make a valid point ,the crapulation of the above statement in no way justifies my beliefs of my inabilities of circumcision in todays racist society.

Brown "noise" = stinky behavior? You mean NOSE? The hiding place for stinky buggers? :biggrin_1square1:

Never let it be said that I'd ever dispute anything that someone with a silver tongue verbalized. :biggrin_25512:

I've heard of white noise and pink sound, but a "brown noise"?
    That's a sound I haven't encountered. :biggrin_25523:
