yeah my truck is 05 with egr but fuel pressure is 1.8 bar (around 220 kPa) dealer says its normal but every other truck with D12 I compared had min of 3 bars at idle.. tomorrow I'm putting new fuel pump to see if it helps..

it seems like it has misfire, there are no error codes on dash,
makes +/- 4.6 mpg locally and has very slow response to gas pedal compared to other "same" trucks
    lacks power as well

engine harness is new, boost pressure sensor is new, I just did engine overhaul, replaced 2 injectors, 2 timing sensors, flashed ECU to the newest version
installed new fuel lines and fuel/water separator.. didnt help

I replaced fuel pump once but for the used one.. now it gets lower fuel pressure than it had before and it feels like misfire is "bigger" it might be my mind playing tricks on me but tomorrow I will see if it really was fuel pump

Did you just disconnect the air line from the EPG or replace the whole thing?

I disconnected epg. I'm going to change the vss as well but I thought if your vss was bad your speedometer reading would be off. I'm also going to try and get my charge air cooler tested to see if their are any leaks.
