    The baymont is very nice, a lot better than you would exspect to be in a trucking company's orientation. They really don't mind spending to keep you comfortable it seems. The terminal and training yard is top notch, you can tell TMC cares a lot about making sure they have nice equipment and plenty of space for training. It's nice to be this close to finishing. You couldn't ask for any better training. I was really nervous at first but all that's gone, I've come to understand that all there interested in is making sure they protect their investment by getting the right guys and parting ways with the rest.
