@uturn538 I'm dealing with this company right now and it's hell! I'm bein strung along, lied to, and cheated. I am currently stuck 1,300 miles away from home, waiting for another laod (it's been 3 days now). I have a lot of info on them and am more than willing to share. Are you dealing Tetreau or network 1? Are you running under what authority? I need names and phone numbers asap. Lyn Tetreau and Russel Parls have iand committed a felony I am sure

They run under network 1, they are still in florida scott pomerville is running the show down there. They will threaten to sue you if you slander their name. LOL... Ive called them every name in the book, their scare tactics are laughable. When it come time to take them to court they cant be found. I would love to hear the judge to ask them how they screwed so many drivers over and skimming on loads. They cant produce original copies of load sheets you know file 13? Last I saw online they were working under a brokers authority that had broker license taken away. look in mi. look at the so called website.

 

I have all the info needed...copies of loadsheets and adresses!!!!

From this thread, and at least two others, this seems like a company in trouble. Honestly, i don't know why the one driver reached a settlement that allows the company to pay over time. They haven't paid you yet, and you think they will make installments? Let us know how that works out. They already collected for the loads. Probably using that to pay installments to other drivers.

All in all, there appears to be a lot of ripped off drivers from this company.

 

I did have two trucks on there!!! I have been in trucks for 22years and have never seen nothing like this in my life!!!!!!!!!!!!! My two trucks were there for three mo.
I grossed just over three thousand dollars in three mo. with two trucks To top it off they say that I owe them $12,000 and they have my $25,000 drop deck with all my rigging on it that Scott handed out to other drivers and for now there still plugging along!!!! That will come to a end!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Scott its time for you to find new work, get a extra app for Russ and the rest of the crew.

 

Couldn't you file with prosecutor to get your trailer? Or just call the police? Is say they owe you a trailer rental fee at least.
You guys that have been screwed by these people need to get something done. Continuing rip off stories, with ZERO positive replies.
