Jim, Most of them failed their medical. One left because he was foreign and couldn't understand assignments or instructions, but mostly all on medicals.

    JimTheHut Thanks this.

I was shocked, Maverick puts its new people through a very thorough medical. Ive worked at a couple of companies and gone through their medicals, and they dont even come close to the medical and physical that Maverick goes through.. I guess I wordrd it wrong, most left with the physical agility test, only a couple left on the medical ( bad knees, etc)

The 12hr days are to get you used to a trucking schedule,in reality your trucking day will be 14-16hrs on most days. A 12hr day will seem short once you've been doing 14's steady :)

The agility test depends on you. If you are physically fit, then you might and i stress 'might' be OK, If you are not physically fit, then the results will be up to each individual. Some who thought they were in the physically fit category had issues they were not aware of.
