If it's the same one, DCT is local here. Was one of them a red stretched Pete hood?

Hope all is well with everybody. Hot and very dry here. We've been emptying flat storage for last 3 weeks. Drove dump bob for a week and a half(no ac) and now bobcatting and loading trucks out of a big(950,000 bu.) building. It's hot but I know a lot of us are in that boat.

    dairyman Thanks this.

Purty hot & dry here too boys, crops are stressing bad now. Everyone here has been storing their wheat because it does'nt look like they'll need it for their corn this fall if it does'nt start raining soon. Been slow myself, hauled a few loads of meal/hulls and some local corn to the mills, but other than that, not much going on here in central Ky. My cousin that pulls a step said the crops in South Dakota and southern Mn. looked good, but their looking tough around here.

Fuel was $3.29 here in Danville today.

Good hearing from you doc. I guess you have good cold ac in that bobcat loader:biggrin_25522:

No ac Dairyman. However the rice is very cool so when you dump a big wad on yourself it does cool you off. You gotta be coordinated to be a good bobcat driver I've figured out. Long legged doesn't help either. Ya'll all have a good week.

$3.29 dang we're still at 3.55. We are higher than a lot because of state taxes on diesel.

Yep,i kinda thought the bobcat would be non-ac.,my son's does'nt have it either. I know what you are talking about needing to be coordinated to drive one,i used to dump cow-manure in my lap occasionally:biggrin_25521:,and i remember how my knees would hurt from working the foot-pedals if i ran it all day! Glad your staying busy,my cousin and his family were out in your neck of the woods last week visiting family in Little Rock, and he said ya'll were about as dry as we are here.

That $3.29 was at that local Marathon owned by 1 brother that is competition with a BP that's owned by another brother i've talked about in the past,so they are normally the 2 best places to get fuel locally, one or the other is generally .10-.15 cheaper than the bigger fuel chains around here, plus they both waive the CreditCard transaction fees since i fill up when i leave out,so it works out good.
