More than likely just a city radio tech. The FCC chase money. If your not interfering why someone like cellular, they could really care less. Tvery once in a while they make an example out of someone. For the most part you really have to go out of your way beingg an ### to gt there attention. They watch commerical because thats where the money is. Run clean and on your licensed or authorized channels and you wont have a problem.

By the way the techs that work for me on the repeater sites drive Ford E250 vans, and the have 2 146 - 165 Mhz, 4 450-470 Mhz 470-512Mhz ,1 800 Mhz and 1 900 Mhz. The fact that a vehicle has multiple antennas means nothing.

There are plenty of people who act like ##### and been interfering with radio communications for years and nothing gets done. The FCC is a joke.

For the most part the FCC vehicles look like other vehicles without noticable antennas. The antennas are hidden under the roof. They look more like a Raised roof van, or SUV.
