Happy to help. Be watching the load board for those loads to start running soon. If you wish to run with a friend I heard we're working on an agreement with the tar plant to haul in special trailers that squirt tar through the pre-drilled holes in the side. They're required to run the tar trailers in front though.

well i personly think that your dealing with the lower end on whose ans.you!!!!!!! iv been in the business 30 years and been a o/o for 20 of those 30 and as sad as it may be its a very cut throt bus. no one wants to help the new ones by passing along any useful guide lines for new o/opps and there are plenty of ways of doing that with out giveing up your gravey and one of those are studying load boards and as some one else said broker simanars wicth is a good one i had too do that in order to understand my aponant wicth is both outher drivers and brokers as i said its a cut throte bus.you have to do the painful reserch in order to make it work and by the way landstar owns there own trl.i was leased too them for 4 years before i got my own auth.and you book your loads just like you would with them with a Broker and i will say that alot of drivers mistake being able too drive makes them able too own and dont have the knowlage too even run a trucking bus. BUSINESS SKILLS are a must or you will fail not keeping up with the new laws and old ones as well road taxs fuel taxs sr 2290s permits plates even changes made too your cdl and logs csa 10 it can be over whelming at times but dont give up and like me i had too swicth the kind of frieght i was hauling from drybox too stepdeck 5 yr.ago because of the riseing fuel cost i need more money for my miles and got it there but you see thats how you survive you adapt i hope this helps you improve your profitableity good luck marine i was army 80 to 84 and i dont think it matters witch branch you serve as long as you serve
