Next time you get to sit with someone ask if it can be someone different. You might gain a different level of perspective sitting with different people. If possible see if you can sit with one of the "old" guys (assuming you didn't already).

Yea, sat with one of the more experienced Fleet Managers today. Nice guy. Tells it like it is. I appreciate people like that, don't sugar coat it. It's only the first day, so who knows what the rest of the week will bring. The manager said there doing some major restructuring there as well, so that may have something to do with the lack of organization there.

What a crock of lies. Not the company, the trucking queen. If you can not spell I doubt that you were able to read your contract. And yes they do charge for excess fuel. That is because you are told to get x amount of fuel and they get it at a lower rate for that many gallons. Why should they pay full price for you not doing what you were told? Does that really make sense? Probably does to a person who does not know basic grammar.

Hmmmm...... 2 posts and both are abusive. How's my grammar? Yours is less than impressive. Poor actually. You obviously struggle with your thought processes, they appear to be crippled.

OK I know you're not supposed to feed the Troll, but it can be so much fun!

If you think there is a lack of organization and you are not sure that you like it there, why are you still working there? You are on a blog for truckers that have a problem with your company and still you choose to complain about it? Why not try to make it positive and do your best to change things?

I know who you are talking about. There is only one of him. When they moved and I lost my great dispatcher I had the experience of working with him for a few weeks. I was treated like a new employee again and was on the bottom of his barrel. I had to request a new dispatcher because my miles dropped drastically and he had a poor attitude. Plus I've caught him in several lies. I hate a liar. I'd say your meeting was sugar coated. They've been reorganizing since 2009. When are they going to get it right? The same goes with that older woman behind the first desk on the right. Both of them have "I've been here a long time I don't care attitude". She even told me that one day when we were all outside shooting the breeze. Someone that doesn't care anymore can't perform well. Office moral was real low when I left.

I was never on your board? Can we fire them all starting at the top? :biggrin_2559:

Orientation is 2.5 days, class 1 starts on Monday and ends Wednesday, Class 2 starts Wednesday and finished Friday AM. Urine test. Unpaid, but you do get a $200 WalMart Gift Card....well you did, I don't know if you still do.
