Don't you dare try to drop that crap in Gary! If it's going to Western Intermodal, you put your foot on the floor and deliver it yourself! you've got till 1700, I don't care what they tell you!!!

LOL. Don't worry. Every time I don't make it by 1700, they say, we will see if a local guy can run it. Then they say, just take it over in the morning.

    Are you a Gary local??

At the cons in Phoenixville, PA. I have already been unloaded this morning just finishing up my 10. I had a big time fall out with my FM yesterday. I had a pre plan to get loaded at the GP next door going to Weston, WI but the window didn't start until 1300. So I walk over there at around 1300 to check on it. They give me the paperwork and tell me it has already been loaded. So I was like sweet. I go to the trailer and seal it up. I go back to the truck and there is a load cancellation message. I am thinking WTF, I actually got some decent to come out on and now this. So I call and the trainee answers and I tell her you might want to have the planner put this load back under me because I have already signed the paperwork. She tells my FM and I get she said to take the paperwork back!! Really??? I was like I don't think she understands I already signed the paperwork and the trailer is sealed. That was it for me and the showdown began. In short I ran this load for the customers, not for my FM and not for Roehl. GP told me they needed it here first thing this morning and the people here told me how they really needed this stuff because it was going out today. Got a pre plan to go to Easton, PA, pick up pre loaded trailer and deliver tomorrow in Wapakonata, OH

So let me get this straight... You had the load assignment. "Picked it up." Then they told you to return it? I think your FM needs some more training! :yes2557:

I know it sounded to believe but I don't make this stuff up. I couldn't believe it myself. I ended up having to relay it because now I was accountable for it and I got the best mileage numbers anyone could ask for. 0 mt and 0 loaded. :biggrin_25523:

[IMG]Delivered 2 of the 4 cats to the dealerships then relayed the last two to ellenwood. Picking up a load of plywood in Madison GA to take home with me. Then I deliver it on the 3rd.

HOME TIME IN LESS THEN 24 HOURS. Idk how to handle this much excitement.

Yup. Well, tomorrow is my last day with Roehl, which is why I'm willing to say that, now.
