Yeah, Lone Mountain. Lease your Lone Mountain truck onto any carrier and avoid the nonsense of company sponsored l/p scams.

Have you decided on a company yet? If not try John Christner Trucking, Schneider, or TransAm. I'll be heading to TransAm here soon to do the L/P.

If you are looking to start out as a company driver, go to TransAm, otherwise, find something else. As a L/O at TransAm, the math just doesn't add up. Until your required accounts are capped off, you break even at 1600 miles, and make 55 cents for each mile after that. In order to gross more than a company driver, you would need to average more than 3600 miles a week. It just doesn't add up.....

From what TransAm advertised, it takes about 6 months for your accounts to hit their cap as well
