As long as its one tickrt you should be fine, granted everything else is clean.

We are human and screw up sometimes..so one ticket shouldnt be a big deal.

But we have alot of perfect drivers on this forum who go the speed limit even down steep grades so be careful.

    123456 Thanks this.

10mph over should not hurt you to bad if thats all you have on your MVR , 15 and over is where the insurance companies seem to draw the line and with some companies they will require it to be 3 years old.

You probably should have gotten an attorney to have it thrown out.

One ticket won't be too bad, just don't get anymore! It should fall off your record three years from when you got it so be careful out there.

What did your school say about it? Any school worth a darn will review your driving record before letting you enroll. They aren't interested in wasting your time (or theirs) training someone who won't be eligible for employment.

If you go to a school that doesn't review your MVR first, then that is a sign that you may need to switch schools.
