Complete Newb question about the 9370

    I've been looking at a few trucks over the last couple months and one of them was a 9370.
    Now, I am a complete newb so I apologize in advance to those who are likely to scoff at such a question but...
    What is/are the difference(s) between a 9370 and, say, a 9300?
    I'm not at all familiar with either one but I assumed (perhaps incorrectly?) that they were of the same "family"..?
    I mean - what is it, specifically, that makes it a "9370"?

    I think the 70 had heavier brakes and suspension.

    I asked around again today. International used to have a lot broader model number variations years ago to designate how the unit was built. The 70 series only designates a tandem drive chassis. You could order a 9300, then have the single drive omitted and a tandem added, so now you have a 9300 tandem. To reduce confusion and make model comparison, marketing and ordering easier International simplified many of the model numbers to 9800, 9300, 9200 and so on. Basically there can be literally no difference between a 9300 and 9370 because each could be spec'd with any axle combination anyway.
