whats the law?

hey ya'll what is the law on how many people are allowed in the cab/sleeper of a truck. or just the cab of a daycab any help is greatly appreciated.

 

thanks man. this helps. i thought the same. i am asking because a friend of mine(in a 4wheeler) was hit head on by a ####### truckdriver.(i say ####### b/c he crossed the middle line in a curve.) now don't take what i said wrong. i'm a truck driver too. i have looked at the accident report. they gave my friend a ticket for supposedly not maintaining lanes. but yet it clearly reports that there was 7 ppl in the truck and that the truck left the scene of the accident with a fuel leak and then returned back to the scene. also the accident report states taht the truck didn't try to dodge my friend even if she did cross the line. that is something that struck me as odd. b/c if i am in a truck and someone is in my lane i'm gonna do everything i can to dodge them. now keep in mind the truck driver didn't recieve ONE citation. now correct me if im wrong but NO ONE IS allowed to leave the scene of an accident and in a truck if u have a fuel leak u are NOT supposed to move that vehicle. am i right?
