If you are going to complain to Steve, you and your trainer better have your facts straight and be able to back up your claims.
"I heard," "someone told me" and "This guy ....." will not go far with him. So have numbers, dates and times or you will just sound like a whiner.
As I see it the only claim you may have is this issue of not running hard or sitting.
You will not come off good complaining about not being able to upgrade early. Even worse, pointing to other trainers that upgrade students early. You were assigned the miles. Its not left to your trainers sole decision to let you upgrade. You make your claim to upgrade early and you might have to prove it right there in front of someone. (And Im not talking about on the pad or in a simulator, but knowledge) Mess up and you might find some more miles tacked on.

thanks for the heads up U2 . No we arent here to throw noone under the bus just straight facts why i should upgarde. not going to even mention other people upgrading early. he probably knows and authorizes it . ezpecially being my second time doing this. whille tnt been asleep i run the truck from fueling to routing. scanning trips in to live loaded calls ,departure call, heck of alot road assit messages. yes sitting around and not running hard is one of our key points.
