I didn't want to talk about some of this stuff I'm about to say, but reading some of this g d awful crap here makes my blood boil.

What in the hell is going on in this world n'our days? Why are people so eager to give up on their human dignity and God given right to live free and enjoy privacy?

There are millions of Americans that along the course of our history fought for this values we ones held dear, like, life liberty and the pursuit of happiness, the right to private property and the right to privacy.
Some, when duty called, went and defended this rights, did their job to the best of their abilities, fought for each other, but fought for the Flag, not for a corrupt government full of creeps and freaks that only think of ways how to encroach in our life and steal even the few libertys we have left.
What made America what, well....... it used to be, not anymore, since these days no one cares?
Not the government, not the administrations that changed hands every 4 or 8 years, nor the laws and regulations that more and more are drowning us and transform us into a police state, not even the ever increasing privacy denying watchful eye of the "big brother", none of that, but the Freedom Loving People! You and me, we that always opposed this stalinistic tactics, this mixture of communistic and fascist ideas that incrementally crept into our life over the years to the point where we're not even reacting anymore when faced, yet, with more rights and freedoms losses.

We're celebrating these days what's commonly known as "the 4th of July", but I'll bet that there's allot of people that don't even realize that this holliday it's called 'The Independence Day' and more so, don't even know what that means. These are the people that are always ready to "bend over and take it" and tell you and me to do the same, and enjoy it, cause "there's no other way".

Y'all better wake up and do what's right in order to preserve what's left of our freedoms!
Other ways, we're doomed to become just like any other crap shoot 3rd world nation!


Some will probably think that my comment it's extreme in view of the EOBR issue.
I don't think so, cause this issue it's just another step in the implementation of rules and regulations that abuses the powers of what is suppose to be a Limited Government, and what's happening today in the trucking industry it will be implemented at a larger scale tomorrow, robbing everybody of theyr rights to privacy!

You're giving examples of stupid people that would be stupid no matter what.....box or no box!

Not all deadly accidents are due to fatigued truck drivers!

Accidents that happen where the truck driver is at fault, mainly happens because of poor training, absence of common sense where d u m b arse risks are taken and absence of experience! But unfortunately many of these accidents are falsely blamed on fatigue because of political gains for those legislators that have an axe to grind in all of this......mainly making theyr lobbyists, proponents of this EOBR enforcement, happy.

Statistics say that accidents caused by trucks are far less in numbers then accidents where a truck or trucks are involved, as a chain reaction due the imposibility of avoidance, after collisions between 4 wheelers already happened.
If a car that lost control rams into your steering and takes out any possibility to control your truck, how's the "BOX" make you safer????

How are the more rules, regulations and EOBR gonna fix stupid or prevent impossible situation out of one's control??? How are this things gonna make everybody perfect for the job at hand??? How would this contraptions and regs know when one is fit or completely unfit to drive even when according to the HOS and all that crap, they are in complete compliance???

Your bs argument don't stand when all cards are on the table, when common sense and reasonable thinking it's applied!

I also put in just shy of six years of active duty, so don't try playing that veteran crap with me, Sonny. The oath I took was to defend our Constitution. That Constitution says that we are a country of laws and democracy, not a country of the lawless and anarchy. If you don't like our laws, you are certainly free to try and get them changed, but you are not free to break them because you don't agree with them.
People that proclaim that laws, that they don't agree with, should break those laws, make me sick. Do it right, or get the heck out.

USA: Constitutional Republic(article 4 section 4) with a republican form of government, with certain enumerated powers (see the amendments).especially amend 10: power of the states and people .......3 distinctive and coequal branches of gov: articles 1, 2 and 3 ....etc

This HOS and EOBR proposals are Regulatory Rules, created and enforced by an Agency.
Regulations and Agrements are a simple way, devized by crooked politics, to circumvent the hard process of law making through both houses of Congress and finally signed by the President.

Anfortunatly "rules" are enforced like any civil law, but it's not LAW in the sense it was passed. And it can only carry civil penalties.
