I have a 06, 387 pete, C-15 CAT, after every pm I have to bleed the fuel lines as it seems to somehow gets air in the lines. Once i have done that, get down the road and start to pull on inclines my truck run very ruff and it does this for about 2 weeks...Its driving me nutts, not only do i hate getting pm's(cause their over priced) but i really hate them because my truck runs like crap afterwards......please help!!!...p.s I use all CAT filters...

Do you pre fill the filters before installing them? I do on mine & never had a issue, but have a older C12.

I had this problem once, check all your connections and fuel lines. I saw peterbilt mechanic put a clear nipple in line to detect air bubbles. this was after several times in the shop. Replaced fuel lines, problem solved.

change pressure relief valve.screws into primary filter housing (1 inch fitting)about $40 CAT part.
