When you turned in the truck you were responsible for its condition. You are responsible for the condition of the tires. Read your contract.

You are not listening to me. I didn't buy any tires, the tires on the truck were new. The invoices were fake I repeat I didn't buy any tires, what don't you understand. They made up the tire bill so they didn't have to pay me what they owed me. Get it?

In another post you said four drive tires were below DOT specs and they replaced the steers. When you leased the truck it came with a tire fund that the other operator paid into. The cost of the tires will show up as a charge on your settlement but the same amount should be in the box titled "reimbursements" because it got transfered to the tire fund, making it a wash. If it didn't, somebody just made a mistake which one phone call should have cleared up.
You also said you were forced into leasing because you were too broke to go home, but you paid for your own fuel during the lease. Some of this stuff just don't add up.

I can't beleave you are still having trouble understanding what I'm saying. I know how their tire fund works. The bills for tires were after they put new tires on the truck before I leased it. The bills I'm reffering to came last week three weeks after the tires they put on the truck before I least it and a phone call and a written letter did not clear it up .

Lease purchase through roehl and you'll get a whole new set of steers and drives for free at the time of lease

If those drives were "below DOT specs" when he took the truck out, they were worse when he turned it in. So, at turn-in, they would be replaced per the terms of the contract. Thus, the bill. Under reimbursements, there will be an item that applies unused tire fund money, and perhaps a credit against any usable tread on the old tires. The debits and credits are in different sections of the statement, which can lead to confusion.

It's possible there is a mistake in there, but that's a long way from a conspiracy to defraud the OP. He ought to call leasing and ask them about of. I've encountered a few mistakes, always got them corrected, and Prime IMO does a better job at billing than other places I've self with.

    DrtyDiesel Thanks this.

Most of us take out new trucks with new tires.

So how much tread depth was left at turn-in?
