WiseOne--thanks for the post. I'm also working on a documentary about female truckers. It's called 'Alligator on the Zipper'. I think you'll like it. You can find a trailer on youtube.

Hey there alligatoronthezipper, I think i read about your documentary in Truckers Connection magazine. Very cool that you are on this board! Small world I guess.

When is your film going to be finished, and where can i get a copy? I read in the mag that it is an interesting look at trucking, from a womans perspective.

Interesting title....must have been inspired by lot lizards? :biggrin_25519:

    Hey alligatoronthezipper
I just posted a short I made a few years ago [yt=Video]orHEav4qReI[/yt] and viewed your trailer in the process. You do great work!

Your camera work and editing really capture the momentum of the story. I and looking forward to the completed work.

If I could maintain a 8 second following distance, I'd average about 10 MPH on the highway from people cutting me off.

I assume this video is supposed to have some kind of message, but all I see is reinforcing the stereotype four-wheelers have about us in their collective heads of truckers being ignorant, stupid, and angry. We really do need to clean up our act. It's why I don't turn on the radio anymore. Why must everybody always be like "I'm going to kick your #$$." Yes. Go ahead and tell little Johnny his daddy isn't coming home because daddy did something you didn't like so you had to bash in his skull.
