Yeah, get your batts checked. I can sit for almost a 34 reset with a compressor fridge/freezer running, 12v fan, laptop, and wifi. One thing I do is use a backpacking headlamp for lighting, those cab lights suck a lot of juice...
Ideling to charge batts

And batteries when they start going bad smell like stinking eggs, so keep a good nose to the truck. We used electric truck heating blankets, the cig lighter plugin type, had the coleman refrig going, and would usually have to get up and turn truck on after several hours, husband drove an automatic volvo then, I believe it was sometime later when the batteries started going.

Have you checked the "waterlevel" in the batteries?

My trainers truck could run whatever you want all week-end and still be ready to go. We had both our laptops, a fridge, 2 fans, the radio etc. Mine doesn't last nearly as long. I think my batts are bad. I told my company about it last time i went into service and they said the batts are fine. All they are concerned with is if they will start the truck, not if i can run my extra stuff. I dont think they have a water level; i think there AGM. I'll check though. The truck is an 05 or 06 and is on original batts. The idling at 1000 rpm def helps though. After 30 min at 1000 rpm i have 3 times longer run time as an hour at 600 rpm. Even after an allday drive though they only last 8 or 9 hours. Even less if I run my laptop.
Hopefully they will get bad enough that service eventually replaces um.
