    LW Miller were a fine company to work for i have nothing but praise for pretty much most of the staff true you'll always get 1 or 2 bad apples in a cart however i'll never ever forget the way some of the staff showed us quite alot of kindness something thats getting rarer and rarer in this day and age . We got to know the dispatchers on a more personal basis all but 1 really looked after us we were always paid on time and we were given the most modern of equipment, however it is a small company compared to JB Hunt or Swift, with around 100 trucks they do refrigerated, pneumatic, tanker. Based out of SLC Ut and Logan UT give them a call and they will recruit from out of state.

    Used to work for them before i bought my own truck nice company one thing i didn't like is if you don't hit 12.000 miles in a month your pay per mile will be significantly lower and they didn't make it easy to hit 12.000 i kept asking for more miles but it didn't happen

    Yeah Nermin thats something i'd forgotten about the 12000 mile safety bonus when mine was due there was something that came up which disqualified me from getting the safety bonus. other than that no problems.
