There's a guy with a 4wd mod diesel puller and when he was a kid he had surgery to fix a left leg issue. He has a slight limp and when he built his pickup he put the clutch pedal on the right. Works great for him but would take some getting used to.

The only guys I know pulling in the high side have monster power 1200 HP+ and are not afraid to stay in the throttle. Majority of us are running 18 speeds around here, but a few 13's thrown in. The last time I pulled I was in 8th (on my 18 speed) and with my new power and clutch I should be able to leave in 10th, but I don't want to fry the clutch off the line just to gain a couple feet.

What do you have for a rear gear if you don't mind me askin? Id like to see your truck in action.
The green T800 in the video i posted supposably was 12-1300HP, but he tended to leave alot on the table. I believe he took off in the high side

Trucks looking good.. How many do you typically have at the pulls up there?... Also, I was curious Mr. Haney if Hairhogers KW has been changed at all over this past winter or if it is the same as last year?

Thanks. this pull there was only 4 of us, it was a fundraiser and under a time constraint. It depends on the place and weather, can be anywhere from a dozen to 25-30 depending on the event if there is no rain in the forcast

Been lookin over this vid for a bit and am very curious, how can i get my suspension to react like that on the drives? Im thinkin if I put bigger lines on it will react quicker, but not sure.

No, these guys don't have rules to limit suspension travel and have hand valves to override the ride height valves to drive the tires into the ground. You're seeing the air being exhausted afterwards by the hand valve after the pull.
