I have that issue from time to time. I'm so use to it that I just deal with it but at times it can be a pain in the arse.Lol!

Busted my tailbone when I was 8 or 9 playing on a bicycle rack. Wish I could say it goes away but it wont. I usually feel it on dense rainy days but otherwise you learn to just take the pain

If this is a chronic problem you may look at your posture. Poor posture can effect the allignment of your spine and could cause pain. A solution might be to check with a chiropractor to see if there is anything that they can do to alleviate the pain.

My joint where my backbone and tailbone come together are sore alot. Doctor said it is because I'm over weight and the belly pulls the back bone in with each bump in the road causing friction with the tailbone.

I have a bad back thanks to a previous job. Even when my back acts up, might hurt like hell to walk, tailbone never really bothers me.

Actually before trucking I always had mainly physical stand up jobs.
My tailbone would get sore the first year trucking because I wasn't use to sitting down for extended times. But I built a tolerance to it and it never hurt again, until I injured my back.
Take you two scheduled planned breaks everyday. That'll give you a chance to stretch and go to the bathroom. Your body will get use to the routine and you won't find yourself taking unscheduled breaks.hculiver Thanks this. -
