Is this thread still active? I have some APU's in my fleet that are Diamond Powers. I am looking to get DP parts for our units. I seen Freddy was able to get some Kubota parts to work on DP units. Using a Kubota serial number. Any Idea what serial works?

Thanks Condo,
I have the DP manual the same as you have sent. I was actually looking for the Carrier or the Kabuto equivlent. To the DP parts, Sorry I went back and seen that I didn't put that it my message. If you could help that would be awesome! -
A buddy has a DP APU that's less than two years old, has had to replace the generator side already. He went through "Stegall Trucking" (dealer) in Charlotte,NC. They can get parts,,, how much time you got? Customer service = JOKE! Sorry to hijack your thread.

NP, Klleetrucking, thanks for the heads up. Thanks for the heads up. I wish I could give further information on why I am looking for Alt. part numbers compaired to DP part #'s but I can't at this time. If I could get the model of the engine that the Kabuto or the Carrier that is Identical to the the DP that would help. This way hopefully I could find the parts list book for them.

Anybody know of a diamond apu repair in Denver Co. area?

Does anyone know where I can find parts to repair the Diamond power APU units ?
-
Gentlemen, it might be too late but spread the word and let everyone know to stay away from Diamond Power APUs. I know first hand about these units because I use to work for the co. Back when they use to be located in Chino, California. Truckers would camp out our building when they had a load close by just to get service. I remember belts, glow plugs, control modules, generators, hoses, etc...all fail with less than 50hrs of run time. The only time we'd have a satisfied customer was when I would be told to special order Napa parts in place of the junk Chinese parts.
I no longer work for these crooked ### cowards and although they treated me good, customers were not. Never did have parts in stock, always opening a new boxed item and stripping it for parts, no actual "service network". I would have to go on the horn and hunt down someone to at least diagnose the #### things. Service shopsKlleetrucking Thanks this.
