he had the most patient. i got my shifting alot better, so did my down shifting, and me controling the 53ft trailer through the cites. he show me a better backing technique and how to park in tight parking area of truck stops. by day 3, i had no gear grinding, i was pretty good taking 6% grades with 40k loads and he toldme before he left that if i was to test out now, i would pass with flying color. One thing about him is that he made you get out the truck and check the position f the truck as you back you. and give you adivce on how to fix any mistake you made. I like the way he trained cause he trained as do he wasnt there so you would get use to being solo and figuring things out...

just remember that when your driving you do hings that u seem safe. if you feel that you cant do the speed limit on the highway then dont do it. If you feel that when ur backing up and cant tell if you can make it. get out and look, last thing u want to do is hit hit someone truck especially if it a O/O.

You're on the right page, KG.....and I like your perspective. Keep your perspective, and you'll roll with it. Don't let other folks harsh your mellow.....
