    Remember these will be proposals. The rules must go through the rule making process, it will take a few months after they are published to take effect. The new rules then could be challenged and start back at step one again.

    The ATA has already stated they will fight for a 34 hr reset. Just think how much the reset loss is going to effect the LTL bunch.
